CMDA Student, Resident and Fellow National Convention Scholarship Application

A limited number of scholarships that covers the full registration fee are available to students, residents and fellows to attend the CMDA National Convention!

Please follow this simple application process:

1.     Complete the Scholarship Application below.

2.     Once approved, follow the instructions in the acceptance email:

a.     Register for the Convention using the promotional code provided.

b.     Secure your lodging.

Note: This scholarship is for CMDA members only. By completing the form below, you agree to become a CMDA member.

National Convention Scholarship Application

  • Please fill out the following information to apply for the NSC National Convention Scholarship. Please contact Campus & Community Ministries if you have any questions.

  • • CMDA membership is required to receive scholarship funds. Please read the information below and indicate your agreement and become a CMDA member at no cost to you.

    Statement of Faith
    While each of us holds fast to additional beliefs important to our relationship with God, the following statement outlines the tenets that provide a foundation for our fellowship and participation in the Christian Medical & Dental Associations. 
     
     I believe: 

    • In the divine inspiration and final authority of the Bible as the Word of God; 
    • In the eternal God revealed in Holy Scripture as Father, Son and Holy Spirit; 
    • In the unique Deity of Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, whose death and resurrection provide by grace through faith the only means of my salvation; 
    • In the transforming presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
