Register NOW for 2nd Annual Healthcare Symposium,

Friday afternoon, August 8 through Saturday, August 9.

Symposium topic is “From Machines to Wayfarers: A Faith-based Approach to Mental Healthcare” based on the 2025 book by Dr. Warren Kinghorn, MD from Duke University.  Hosted by CMDA Twin Cities Chapter, CMDA Rochester Chapter and Anselm House, this event will be held at Anselm’s Melrose Station near the University of Minnesota - Eastbank Campus in Minneapolis.

Special update — With the help of CMDA National office, CE credits have been approved to provide 6 credits for physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants!  Last year, we had around 75 people from across the Twin Cities, Rochester and greater Minnesota and hope you will join us to focus on this important topic, have discussion during break-out sessions, enjoy fellowship and make connections with each other.  Full details, schedule and registration can be here found on the Anselm House website.

Engaging Medical Students in Community

Student leaders organize weekly/bi-weekly Bible or book studies, social and service events. It is a great way to connect and support each other. We also have "Class Sponsors" who host, support and mentor students during their academic years. At the U of MN, our CMDA chapter partners with a local Christian student study center, Anselm House, to bring in speakers and authors, plus offer healthcare & faith-related retreats.
